In the year 2020, I made some observations of the Venus crescent and took some photos of it. I mostly used my SkyWatcher Skymax-127 and also the C8. When using the Skymax-127, I mostly screwed my Sony RX100 M4 to the 32 mm eyepiece. Sometimes I just held the camera to the eyepiece. Even with my Sony RX10 M4 I attempted photos of the crescent of the Venus!
At the beginning, the sky was still fairly bright, and the Venus stood high in the sky. |
Later the sky was darker, but Venus stood still quite high in the sky. |
