On this page I collect my observations of the spiral galaxy NGC 891 in the constellation Andromeda.
The spiral galaxy NGC 891 in the constellation Andromeda is faint, but nice, because it is seen from the edge. NGC 891 is a member of a group of galaxies (NGC 1023 Group), which includes NGC 1023 (Perseus) and NGC 925 (Triangulum). NGC 891 is the dominant galaxy in this group and also one of the largest known spiral galaxies.
