On this page I collect my observations of the galactic reflection nebula NGC 6820 and the nearby open star cluster NGC 6823 in the constellation Vulpecula.
NGC 6820 is a small reflection nebula near the open star cluster NGC 6823 in constellation Vulpecula. Both are embedded in the large faint emission nebula Sh 2-86. The whole area of nebulosity is often referred to as NGC 6820.
