Polarr Tests

On this page I show photos that I processed "normally" and then further processed with the photo editing application Polarr in order to explore what can be made out of some photos. The edits are to be considered "rather preliminary" and could be improved in many cases.

When processing with Polarr, I was mainly interested in achieving

Sometimes, the objects seem to have become too dark when I tried to achieve these goals. I still have to find a better balance here!

Attention: The advantages of the Polarr versions can only be seen properly when you enlarge the previews or click on the previews to view the photos in their original size. I therefore enlarged the width of the previews to 450 pixels. Thus, it is not quite irrelevant for which size you edit photos! In smaller sizes, the Polarr versions often look too dark.
