On this page I collect my observations of the galaxy NGC 6207 in the constellation Hercules.

Introduction

NGC 6207 is a spiral galaxy with extended Hubble-type Sc star-forming regions in the constellation Hercules in the northern sky. Seen from Earth, the galaxy is inclined at 68° and lies near the globular cluster Messier 13. With the Vespera Pro both can be captured in one photo.

Nearby are the small spiral galaxy IC 4617 and NGC 6199, a star that was thought to be a galaxy and mistakenly added to the NGC catalogue.
